Mongolian Ambassador to Vietnam D.Bilegdorj said he will do his utmost to promote the traditional friendship between the two countries at a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh in Hanoi on November 16.

Minh congratulated Mongolia on its socio-economic achievements and said Vietnam and Mongolia are traditional friends and the bilateral cooperation has reaped encouraging outcomes over the past time.
He hailed Mongolia for appointing an experienced diplomat, who is proficient in Vietnamese and has rich knowledge about Vietnamese land and people, as its Ambassador to Vietnam.
Minh expressed his belief that with experience and sentiments towards Vietnam, the Mongolian Ambassador will make significant contributions to the development of the bilateral friendship.
He affirmed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will create the best conditions for the Ambassador to fulfill his mission in Vietnam.
On the occasion, Minh sent a congratulatory message to Mongolian Minister of Foreign Affairs D.Tsogtbaatar on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of Vietnam-Mongolia diplomatic ties (November 17, 1954).-VNA
