Michelle Chan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia, expressed deep condolences on behalf of the Australian government, highlighting the General Secretary's leadership, vision, contributions, and legacy in strengthening bilateral strategic partnership.

At the Vietnamese Embassy in Bangladesh, ambassadors and high commissioners from ASEAN countries such as Brunei, Singapore, and the Philippines, as well as Rashed Khan Menon, Member of Parliament and Chairman of the Workers' Party, attended and signed the condolence book.

Ambassador Nguyen Manh Cuong summarized the biography, revolutionary spirit, character, career, and significant contributions of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in the cause of building and developing Vietnam.

In Brunei, numerous ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions attended the memorial service, including the ambassadors of Japan, Laos, China, the United States, Australia, France, India, Thailand, the Philippines, Turkey, Iran, and Timor-Leste.

In Cuba, First Secretary and President Miguel Díaz Canel visited the Vietnamese Embassy to pay his respects to General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

Miguel Díaz Canel expressed that the General Secretary's passing is an irreparable loss for the Cuban people. Cuba will always remember him as a sincere friend and a tireless advocate for the special, enduring, and trusted friendship between the two nations.

At the Vietnamese Embassy in South Korea, Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises and Startups Oh Young Ju, First Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Kim Hong Kyun, Minister for Trade Cheong In Kyo, leaders of major businesses, and heads of South Korea-Vietnam friendship associations visited and signed the condolence book.

Chairman of the National Assembly of South Korea Woo Won Shik sent a wreath to the Vietnamese Embassy.

The Vietnamese Embassy in South Korea welcomed over 700 visitors from 150 delegations, including ambassadors, representatives of diplomatic missions, international organizations, Vietnamese expatriates, students, and workers.

In New York, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres visited the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations to pay his respects to General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. He praised the General Secretary's pivotal leadership role, noting that Vietnam's remarkable development has made it an increasingly important partner of the United Nations.

At the Vietnamese Embassy in Washington DC, representatives from various U.S. government agencies, organizations, and diplomatic missions, including the Department of State, the Department of Defense, the Central Committee of the Communist Party USA, and ambassadors of ASEAN countries, visited and signed the condolence book.

In South Africa, Solly Mapaila, General Secretary of the South African Communist Party, visited the Vietnamese Embassy to pay his respects. He expressed that the General Secretary's contributions to building socialism and Vietnam's victories over imperialism remain an enduring example of wise leadership.

At the Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka, Japan, Consul General Ngo Trinh Ha highlighted the General Secretary's significant contributions to Vietnam-Japan relations. Representatives from the governments and parliaments of Osaka, Nara, Wakayama, and Shiga provinces visited and conveyed condolences.

Approximately 40 agencies and organizations, and over 150 individuals, including Japanese friends, consulates, and the Vietnamese community in Kansai, attended and signed the condolence book.

In the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Jo Yong Won, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau and Secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, visited the Vietnamese Embassy to pay his respects and sign the condolence book. He wrote that General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's immortal contributions will remain in the hearts of the people of Vietnam and DPRK.
