Earlier on the same day, the top legislator visited and held a working session with the NACO company, an affiliate of Royal HaskoningDHV, specialising in airport design and consultancy. Over the past years, Vietnam and the Netherlands have implemented many cooperation programmes in this area, including the Dutch Aviation Vietnam (DAV) Cluster programme.
NA Chairwoman Ngan stated that the aviation solutions offered to Vietnam by the Dutch side under the DAV Partners for International Business (DAV PIB) programme in the 2016-2019 period is a public-private cooperation initiative targeting joint actions to foster connections and establish bilateral business relations, while recommending research activities for creative solutions in training activities between key agencies in the Dutch and Vietnam aviation industries.
She highly appreciated and expressed her belief that NACO will succeed in its role as the main coordinator representing the group of eight Dutch companies, universities, and institutes to join the programme.
The NA leader said she believes that aviation infrastructure projects in Vietnam will offer good opportunities for firms, consultants, manufacturers, and training institutions in the Netherlands’ aviation and aerospace industry.
