They also mulled over working reports of the President, Government, Prime Minister, Chief Judge of the Supreme People’s Court, Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy and State Auditor General.

In the afternoon, lawmakers convened a plenary session under the chair of NA Vice Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong.

They listened to a report on acquiring feedback on the draft revised Law on Child Protection, Care and Education delivered by head of the NA Committee for Culture, Education, Youth, Adolescents and Children Dao Trong Thi.

Later, legislators presented their opinions on principles of ensuring child rights, child care and education, children living in need, and child protection during litigation, settlement of administrative violations and community reintegration.

On March 24, they are scheduled to debate the draft revised Law on Access to Information.
