Spanning approximately 244 hectares across Binh An and Long Thanh communes, the project carries a total investment of around VND1.8 trillion (US$74 million). It is designed as a modern, integrated industrial park with a focus on attracting high-tech industries.
The development will incorporate advanced technological solutions in energy management, environmental treatment and infrastructure operations, aiming to optimize resource efficiency while minimizing emissions.
Strategically positioned within one of Dong Nai’s key growth zones, the industrial park benefits from direct connectivity to major national transport infrastructure. Notably, it stands to gain significantly from the nearby Long Thanh International Airport, a major national infrastructure project currently being accelerated.
At the ceremony, Nguyen Thi Hoang, Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai People’s Committee, said the Long Duc 3 industrial park is expected to evolve into a modern production and logistics center for the province.
She emphasized that the orientation toward green and smart industrial development aligns not only with Vietnam’s sustainable development strategy but also with global investment trends, as businesses increasingly prioritize environmental standards.
“We expect Long Duc 3 to become an attractive destination for major corporations and strategic investors, both domestic and international,” she said.
Provincial leaders also reaffirmed their commitment to supporting businesses by fostering a transparent and open investment environment, streamlining administrative procedures, developing synchronized infrastructure and improving workforce quality.
At the same time, authorities called on the project’s investor to focus resources on ensuring timely implementation, maintaining quality standards and strictly complying with environmental protection regulations.
