VietNamNet Bridge – Relating to China’s building of artificial islands in Truong Sa of Vietnam, the Chief of the Government Office Nguyen Van Nen said that Vietnam has sent eight diplomatic notes to China to protest their illegal activities.

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has nominated the Vice Chair of the Central Committee for Propaganda and Information – Mr. Nguyen Van Nen as the new Chair of the Government Office and the Government spokesman.
