Ninh Binh FC have been named Club of the Month for September in the LPBank V-League 2026/27 following an impressive unbeaten run.

The former imperial capital's team collected 10 points from four matches, recording three wins and one draw while scoring 11 goals and conceding six.

Although Cong An Ha Noi (CAHN) also earned 10 points, Ninh Binh's overall statistics were more impressive.

Head coach Chu Dinh Nghiem played a crucial role in the club's strong start to the season. The Thanh Hoa-born tactician was named Coach of the Month in recognition of his team's performances.

Meanwhile, Brazilian striker Lucas Vinicius Goncalves Silva, known as Lucao, received the Player of the Month award.

The Ninh Binh forward has scored five goals in four matches, placing him second in the race for the V-League Golden Boot.

The Goal of the Month award went to Ha Tinh's Luiz Antonio De Souza Soares.

His winning strike came in the 16th minute of the match between The Cong Viettel and Ha Tinh at Hang Day Stadium on October 9, 2026, in the third round of the V-League.

Ninh Binh therefore secured three of the four monthly awards, reflecting a strong start to the campaign marked by both attractive attacking football and effective performances.

The awards will be presented by the league organizers when Ninh Binh host Cong An Ho Chi Minh City on October 25 at Ninh Binh Stadium.
