In order to discover which airports are the best and worst for queuing times, Casago analysed passenger reviews from airlinequality.com, where each review gave queuing times a rating of between one and five stars.

Noi Bai’s queuing times received four or five stars from 63.33% of passengers, thereby ranking higher than Narita Airport (Japan) and Incheon Airport (Republic of Korea).

Changi Airport (Singapore) topped the list with 74%, giving it at least four stars, followed by Siem Reap Airport (Cambodia).

The world’s worst airport for queuing was named as Grenoble Alpes Isère Airport (France), with just 1.59% of the reviews giving a four- or five-star rating.

Casago also revealed that Vietnamese passengers are among those leaving the most positive ratings regarding airport queuing times, with 54.39% of their reviews being either four or five stars.
