Sheep, the domestic animal variety in Ninh Thuan, was experimentally kept by French people over 100 years ago.

Every day, the nomadic people drive their sheep to the field or hilly areas so that they can graze naturally.

Before being released into the field, each sheep is tested for diseases.

The nomads have to take the sheep five to six kilometers away to reach the fields. The main food of the sheep is weeds.

Since the nomads always have to follow the sheep, they can do little,

but bear the scorching heat of the Sun under an open sky.

Children learn to roam across the fields with their parents pretty early on in life.

At the end of the day, when the sun sets behind the mountains, the sheep finally return to their pens. Despite challenges, the nomads are constantly trying to find a way to earn a living, hoping that their next generations will not have to face similar ordeals.
