The event will consist of 13 main activities to promote tourism and unique culture of Cao Bang province, as follows:

1. The tourism promotion program entitled "Non nuoc Cao Bang - Wonderland" will be held on December 8, at the Government Guest House Hall. This is an opportunity for Cao Bang to introduce and promote Non Nuoc Cao Bang tourism to local and international travel agencies and tourism organizations.

2. The opening ceremony of the Non nuoc Cao Bang Tourism Festival in Hanoi will take place at 8:00 p.m., December 8 at the flower garden of Ba Kieu temple, Hoan Kiem Walking Street, Hanoi. The event will introduce the beauty and new tourism products of in the Non Nuoc Cao Bang area, thereby creating new, attractive tours to attract tourists to this area and at the same time promoting linkages and cooperation in tourism exploitation between travel agencies.

3. The fashion show “Non Nuoc Cao Bang Collection” will be organized from December 8-10, at the flower garden of Ba Kieu Temple, Hoan Kiem Walking Street, Hanoi, displaying the Non Nuoc Cao Bang Ao Dai (vietnamese traditional gown) collection; Non nuoc Cao Bang silk scarf collection and others.

4. Performance of excerpts from traditional festivals, traditional cultural rituals of Cao Bang will be held on December 9 at the flower garden of Ba Kieu Temple, Hoan Kiem Walking Street, Hanoi, including an excerpt of cap sac ceremony of the San Chi ethnic group (Bao Lac district) and an excerpt of the Nang Hai Festival (Quang Hoa district).

5. National costume performance will take place on December 9, at the flower garden of Ba Kieu Temple, Hoan Kiem Walking Street, Hanoi, introducing original and improved costumes with full jewelry and props of the Tay, Nung, Mong, Dao, Lo Lo, San Chi ethnic groups.

6. Cao Bang folk art performance on December 9, at the flower garden of Ba Kieu temple, Hoan Kiem Walking Street, Hanoi: Performing special performances imbued with the cultures of ethnic groups in Cao Bang province.

7. Displaying and introducing beautiful photos about Cao Bang tourism, Non Nuoc Cao Bang UNESCO Global Geopark from December 8-10, at Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoan Kiem Walking Street, Hanoi: Displaying 100 beautiful photos of tourist and cultural sites of Cao Bang ethnic groups; heritage, geology, geomorphology in the Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark area.

8. Performance and introduction of traditional crafts of Cao Bang from December 8-10, at Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoan Kiem Walking Street, Hanoi: 5 booths demonstrating techniques and stages of performing traditional crafts in Cao Bang province such as making Tinh musical instrument, making Nung hats, embroidered and printed with beeswax patterns, brocade weaving, forging knives…

9. Display of tourism products of localities in Cao Bang from December 8-10, at Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoan Kiem Walking Street, Hanoi: 10 booths displaying unique tourism, cultural and culinary products of 10 districts and cities in Cao Bang province.

10. Display space for tourism publications and Cao Bang tourism products from December 8-10, at Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoan Kiem Walking Street, Hanoi: 2 booths introducing publications about tourist attractions and potential tourist destinations of Cao Bang; introducing the culture of ethnic groups in Cao Bang province; heritage, geology, geomorphology in the Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark area; tourism products and gifts from Cao Bang’s businesses.

11. Processing and displaying Cao Bang culinary products from December 8-10, at Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoan Kiem Walking Street, Hanoi: 6 booths processing and displaying traditional culinary dishes of Cao Bang province (sticky rice, coong phu cake, sour pho, fried rice cake, roasted duck, black jelly, white jelly); 3-star, 4-star OCOP products and local products of Cao Bang.

12. Book stall "Learning about Non Nuoc Cao Bang" from December 8-10, at Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoan Kiem Walking Street, Hanoi: 1 mobile cart and 2 booths displaying books introducing the culture, identity, landmarks, and history of Cao Bang province; books related to the life of President Ho Chi Minh, famous people and heroes of Cao Bang province; minigames to learn about Cao Bang.

13. Sports activities and folk games from December 8-10, at Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hoan Kiem Walking Street, Hanoi, including Lay co and dance sports.

Minh Yen
