By yesterday afternoon, it was positioned at 11, 5- 12, 5 degrees north latitude and 115, 5- 116, 5 degrees east longitude.

11, 5- 12, 5 degrees north latitude and 115, 0- 116, 0 degrees east longitude were defined as the position of low pressure zone in the center East Sea at 1 am today.

In next 24 hours, the depression zone is going to move slowly towards the west northwest and continue being stronger in next hours.

Because of its circulation influence, both the center and southern territorial waters of the East Sea from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau including the Spratly Island have experienced powerful heavy rains and thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the Gulf of Tonkin, the southern territorial waters of East Sea from Ca Mau to Kien Giang, from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau including the Spratly Island also have suffered the southwest monsoon of level 6- 8, big waves of 2- 3 meters and sea rough.

In paralleled face, a super typhoon named Meranti which also has appeared in the eastwards of Philippines, is moving at 25 kilometers per hour towards the west northwest of Luzon Island of the Philippines. In upcoming day, the storm is predicted to enter the East Sea.
