Some months ago, a teacher of Thuan Hoa Primary School in Thua Thien-Hue province hurt more than 10 second graders by bruising the buttocks of 10 second graders of the school just because they were slow in writing dictation.

However, the most shocking news happened some days ago at La Pan Tan Primary School in Lao Cai province: some school students had suffered sexual harassment for a long time.

A security guard of the school had engaged in salacious behavior for two years, but the school’s board management had not known about this until March 2016.

Only when two fifth graders wept and insisted on staying at home instead of going to school because they were afraid of the security guard did the parents realize what their children were facing.
