The three newly elected members are:

- Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Chief of the Office of the Party Central Committee.

- Trinh Van Quyet, Chief of the General Department of Politics, Vietnam People's Army.

- Le Minh Tri, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy.

Nguyen Duy Ngoc was born in 1964 in Kim Dong District, Hung Yen Province. He holds a Master's degree in Law and is a member of the 13th Party Central Committee.

Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including Chief of Thanh Tri District Police, Head of the Traffic Police Department (PC27) of Hanoi, Chief of the Office of the Criminal Police Department (PC44), and Deputy Director and Chief of the Investigation Agency of Hanoi Police. He also served as Deputy Director-General of the General Department of Police and Director of the Department of Economic and Corruption Crimes Investigation (under the Ministry of Public Security).

He was appointed as Deputy Minister of Public Security on August 15, 2019, and held this position for nearly five years. In December 2023, he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General. In early June 2024, the Politburo assigned him as Chief of the Office of the Party Central Committee.

Trinh Van Quyet was born in 1966 in Thanh Ha District, Hai Duong Province. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Party and State Governance and is a member of the 13th Central Committee.

He was promoted to Major General in 2016, Lieutenant General in 2020, and Senior Lieutenant General in August 2023. Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet has had a long career with Military Region 2, holding various positions including Deputy Political Commissar, Political Commissar, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Military Region 2.

In April 2021, he was appointed Deputy Chief of the General Department of Politics, Vietnam People's Army, and in June 2024, he was appointed Chief of the General Department of Politics.

Le Minh Tri was born in 1960 in Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and graduated from the Public Security University.

He is a member of the 12th and 13th Party Central Committees and a delegate to the 14th and 15th National Assembly. Before his current position, Tri spent a long period working in Ho Chi Minh City, where he held various roles in the city's police department, including Deputy Head of the Security Planning Department, Deputy Head of the A12b Department, and Secretary to the Deputy Minister of Public Security.

He later served as Secretary to the Chairman of the city, Deputy Chief of the Office of the People's Council and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and Chairman of District 11 and District 1 People's Committees. He was Deputy Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee from January 2010 to April 2013 before moving to the Central Government to serve as Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission for three years.

In April 2016, Tri was elected Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy and has held this position since then.
