The competition concluded on August 3rd in Quang Ninh province, where Quynh surpassed 40 other contestants to claim the prestigious title. Her victory marks a significant achievement in her pageant journey.

On the evening of August 3rd, the Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 pageant concluded in Quang Ninh. Among 40 contestants from across the country, Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh from Hai Duong emerged victorious, claiming the top title.

The first runner-up is Huynh Kim Anh, born in 2000 from Ho Chi Minh City, who studied at Saigon Tourism College. The second runner-up is Le Thi Anh Tuyet, born in 2004 from Nghe An, currently a student at Vinh University.

During the final night, Ngoc Quynh was asked why she chose a different city over Quang Ninh to promote tourism to international friends. She responded, "If I had to choose a location to promote to international friends, I would choose Quang Ninh. However, I want to dedicate special love to my hometown, Hai Duong, because I am incredibly proud to have been born and raised there. I wish to spread the beauty of my hometown to the world."

After being crowned, Ngoc Quynh expressed her surprise at becoming the lucky girl named as the winner.

"It is the dream of millions of Vietnamese girls, including myself. Reality has proven that if you always strive, work hard, and stay determined, you will eventually reap sweet rewards," the new Miss Tourism Vietnam shared emotionally.

Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh, Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024, was born in 1998 and graduated from Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, majoring in English. During her secondary education at Le Quy Don Middle School, she won third prize twice in the city's English language competitions. While attending Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted, Ngoc Quynh also won third prize in the provincial English competition.
