The “TP Hồ Chí Minh – Những Góc Nhìn Tôi Yêu” (HCM City - Images that I Love) exhibition displays more than 95 black-and-white and colour photos selected from 700 photos from photographers in the region.
The works were submitted in a contest launched by the association for professional and amateur artists this year.
Highlighted works represent the city’s history, culture and lifestyle.
Social issues such as environmental pollution and urban developments are also included.
Many images of local people who pay a role in the city’s economy, culture and tourism developments are highlighted.
“Many photos by young artists left a strong impression on viewers. Through them, people can learn about the city’s development in different periods,” said Tran Hai Dang, a visitor at the opening ceremony on Sunday.
The exhibition ends on July 30 at 122 Sương Nguyet Anh Street in District 1.
