The recently approved plan on State administrative reform from 2016-2020 aims to improve institutions, and better personnel and administrative service quality.
Under the plan, the implementation of the General Programme on State Administrative Reform from 2011 to 2020 will quicken, aiming to ensure the fulfillment of administrative reform-related objectives in the next five years.
The period will focus on promoting institutional reforms, bettering the quality of public servants and officials, renewing salary policies and improving the quality of administrative and public services, while settling shortcomings left from the implementation of the programme over the last five years.
By 2020, the legal system will be synchronous, feasible, transparent, stable and accessible.
The plan targets to accelerate the simplification of administrative procedures, and cut costs on compliance of administrative procedures on key areas including import–export, investment, land, construction, house ownership, taxation, customs, health and market management.
The implementation of the programme is expected to facilitate development of economic sectors, contributing to improving the country’s competitiveness and increasing citizens’ satisfaction rate for the settlement of administrative procedures to over 80 percent by 2020.
