According to the organizing board, the "Spirit of Rock" motorcycle and car stunt performance tournament will be held in Dong Ha commune, Quan Ba district with a provincial scale.

The tournament is organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Giang Province, Quan Ba District People's Committee in coordination with relevant agencies.

Participants in the tournament are professional and amateur male and female athlete from Vietnam and other countries, who must meet certain health requirements and those who are not under suspicion or disciplinary action.

The competition content includes: Performance and competition of car and motorbike racing. Competition registration period is from October 1 to 19, 2023. The tournament will take place from October 20 - 22, 2023. Within the framework of the "Spirit of Rock" tournament, the organizing board will offer experimential paragliding activities for tourists.

At the meeting, participants spent a lot of time discussing and clarifying a number of contents related to medical work, ensuring security and order, communication work, surveys, consulting on racetrack design, logistics, site preparation, supporting activities during the tournament.

Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Giang province Nguyen Van Hai requested members of the organizing board, Quan Ba District People's Committee, and relevant bodies to prepare well the conditions for the tournament to ensure its success; to perform well the logistics work, welcoming delegates, mobilizing sponsorship and organizing the tournament to ensure safety and efficiency, to arrange reasonable funding to organize the tournament and to have a plan to divide the traffic flow during the tournament.
