A couple has been killed after their house collapsed early Wednesday morning in the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang's Hoang Su Phi District.

The Ha Giang Provincial Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism is investigating a photo which showed a tourist sitting on an engraved stone marking Vietnams northern border at Lung Cu Flag Tower.
