The Duke of Cambridge, Prince William, had a meeting with Vietnamese young people on Wednesday evening during his visit to Hanoi to attend the third International Wildlife Trade Conference.
The meeting, which was organised by the British Embassy in Hanoi saw the attendance of about 50 Vietnamese young people working in many fields, including artists and business people.
Prince William talked with other guests about their social activities and about the protection of wildlife.
In the afternoon, the Duke of Cambridge had meetings with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Vice State President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh and talked about bilateral relations, focusing on business between the two countries.
He also dropped into a local coffee shop on Thuoc Bac Street with representatives of NGOs and some local artists who are active in protecting wildlife.
The prince visited a primary school in Hanoi and talked with pupils about rhinoceroses as he visited a local primary school in the afternoon.
He also visited a traditional medicine shop where he talked to experts.
