Speaking before over 90 UN member countries, Ambassador Dang Dinh Quy - Head of the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations - expressed his appreciation for the tireless efforts of the nations, the United Nations and regional and international organizations in the implementation of the Women's, Peace and Security agenda.

Ambassador Dang Dinh Quy emphasized the participation of women in all stages of peaceful processes, especially in the post-conflict reconstruction process.
