Nigeria's Bisan is a key player on Phnom Penh Crown, helping the team win the Cambodian League (C-League) in 2014 and 2015.

The 23-year-old player scored 24 goals in the 2015 C-League season and 20 goals in 2014 tournament. 

The contract's value wasn't revealed.

Quang Ninh Coal ranked fourth out of 14 teams at last year's national premier league. They aim to take the title at this year's event.

At the opening match of V.League 1, the squad will meet Sanna Khanh Hoa BVN on their home turf, Cam Pha Stadium on February 20.
