Divo Tung Duong and pop icon My Tam will headline a spectacular concert expected to draw 50,000 attendees in Quang Ninh on the evening of January 25. The event, part of a national celebration, will spotlight Vietnam's cultural pride and creative ambition.

Titled Proudly Following the Glorious Party – Quang Ninh Rising to New Heights, the 120-minute artistic program will take place at the 30/10 Square in Ha Long Ward, Quang Ninh Province. It serves as both a tribute to the 14th National Party Congress and a celebration of the upcoming Lunar New Year.
The lineup boasts an all-star cast of performers, including Meritorious Artists Dang Duong and Viet Hoan, My Tam, Tung Duong, Trong Tan, Duc Phuc, Dong Hung, Duong Hoang Yen, Mono, Huong Tram, Anh Tu, Do To Hoa, vocal group Oplus, and accomplished artists from Quang Ninh Province. The concert will conclude with a high-altitude fireworks display, promising a night of dazzling visuals and stirring emotion.
Organizers say the event will underscore the role of culture as a vital internal resource driving the development of Quang Ninh’s creative economy. Through performances that span from conceptualization to production and live presentation, the province aims to build a sustainable model for cultural industries that supports both tourism and economic growth, while raising Quang Ninh’s profile nationally and internationally.
To manage attendance, the organizing committee will issue 20,000 online tickets, 10,000 through travel agencies for tourists, and 2,000 to official fan clubs of participating artists. The remaining tickets will be distributed among delegates and residents from various communes, wards, and designated areas.
Online ticket registration is scheduled to open on the evening of January 18. Attendees who register successfully will later receive physical tickets based on their QR code confirmation.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, Quang Ninh will also debut its first-ever floral boulevard and light technology showcase titled Spring of Heritage – Digital Wonder by Ha Long Bay. The event will run from February 14 to February 22 (the 27th day of the last lunar month through the 6th day of the Lunar New Year).
The installation will span the flower park road in Hong Gai Ward and the 30/10 Square area, encompassing the Provincial Museum–Library complex in Ha Long.
