The big-ticket tourism complex project, which will cover some 300 hectares of land and water surface, will comprise 236 villas, 257 townhouses, over 2,610 high-end apartments and 606 social houses.
The project will serve some 3,000 guests a day and 9,800 residents, the local media reported.
The investor of the project will be selected through a tender, according to the provincial government.
On August 10, the provincial government decided to revoke a project covering some 2.4 million square meters of land and water surface from the HDMON Van Don Company to replace it with the new luxury tourism complex.
The revocation came after the company’s announcement to end its investment in the project comprising a golf course, a 15-floor hotel, a club, a villa area, a marina and a tourist area, among other facilities, in February.
