The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) is seeking feedback on the latest draft of a Government decree on the development of self-consumed rooftop solar power.

The Vietnamese government has been requested to issue a decree encouraging rooftop solar development, with implementation of unlimited capacity requirements contingent upon advances in storage tech and investment initiatives.
