In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation respectfully paid tribute to the 64 fallen Truong Sa soldiers, the fatherland’s meritorious sons.

Naval soldiers in silence, commemorating their brave fellows who sacrificed their lives for the cause of national sea and island sovereignty protection.

The national flag-shaped wreath led the delegation down to the ship's deck.

The wreath was held in a solemn atmosphere. A number of attendants could not hold back their tears.

Truong Sa soldiers paid the ultimate price for their country, leaving behind their families and compatriots.

Over 200 members of the journey, dressed in national flag T-shirts, were present on board for the memorial ceremony.

Attendants held flowers in their hands, symbolising the sincere sentiments from the mainland to the fallen soldiers.

Incense, flowers and offerings were slowly dropped in the sea.

From a far, Len Dao island gradually appeared as an immortal evidence of the bravery of the fallen Truong Sa soldiers.
