Vietnam will be represented by singer Noo Phuoc Thinh, Ngu Cung and Microwave bands.

SEA Pride is the most fantastic music festival for the youth this summer in Hanoi. It’s a rendezvous for the LGBT community to exchange, enjoy music and send a message of respecting diversity and difference.
Thousands of people will gather at the American Club (21 Hai Ba Trung Street) to immerse themselves in dynamic and wonderful melodies. 5,000 young people are expected to attend this event from 10am to 11pm.
The festival was organised by the US Embassy and Hexagon Company.
“Following the success of ASEAN Pride 2015 – Celebrating Family, SEA Pride 2016 is back,” said US Ambassador Ted Osius.
“This time, SEA Pride wants to deliver the message ‘Colour with your music’ to young people who desire to live in a respected and equal atmosphere. No matter who you are, if you are a music lover and have a fair attitude toward difference, come join us.”
The festival will help spread the message that everyone bears a unique identity from birth. The difference between people makes life colourful.
In the morning, there will be a performance of DJ ABLI from Britain and NIBIRU band from the Philippines. DJ ABLI, Ngọt Band and Parasite, Oringchains and Microwave rock bands will perform in the afternoon.
The party will be more delighted than ever that night, with performances by both international and domestic artists, including DJ Lina (America), DJ SAMEED (Britain), Noo Phuoc Thinh, fashion designer Caroll Tran, Oplus band, Hang Up to the Moon and Ngu Cung Band.
Tickets range from VNĐ80,000 to 200,000.
