The new Children's Palace is situated on a nearly 40,000-square-meter site, adjacent to the CV1 cooling pond park (New Urban Area Cau Giay, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi).

The project broke ground in November 2021 with a total investment of over 1,300 billion VND ($51.57 million), led by the Hanoi Project Management Board for Cultural and Social Works as the project owner.

The facility is designed with modern architecture, emphasizing a natural environment and utilizing many intelligent automated devices.

The project's outdoor play and activity areas are now complete.

A standout feature of the new Children's Palace is a 68-meter-tall observatory tower located near the entrance on Pham Hung Street, equipped with binoculars and telescopes.

The facility aims to meet the needs for play, sports competitions, physical training, and cultural and artistic exchanges for Hanoi's children, providing a favorable environment for nurturing future talents.

The complex consists of two main buildings. Building A features major components such as an 800-seat multifunctional theater, a 200-seat 3D-4D cinema, and clubs for dance and music arts.

Building B includes the office, sports, and educational area with three interconnected functional blocks.

Within Building B, Block B1 houses a sports hall and swimming pool; Block B2 contains administrative offices and the observatory tower; Block B3 includes classrooms and a library.
