On the evening of November 11, Pham Ngoc Ha My, a student of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam presented flowers to US President Donald Trump at Noi Bai International Airport during his state visit to Vietnam, at the invitation of President Tran Dai Quang.

    The presence of Ha My drew the attention of many photojournalists. 

     Ha My has a good command of French and English. She is a former student of the Hanoi-Amsterdam high school for the gifted.

    On the afternoon of November 12, Phạm Thu Tra, a student of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam presented flowers to Party General Secretary and President Xi Jinping who arrived in Hanoi for a two-day state visit to Vietnam. 

     After participating in the important event, many online newspapers published Thu Tra’s story and picture. 

     Earlier in 2016, Tran My Linh, a student of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities had the great honour of presenting flowers to former US President Barack Obama during his official visit to Vietnam.

     Linh gained thousands of Facebook followers after the event. 

    My Linh garnered attention with an impressive question for Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken regarding US engagement with the Asia-Pacific region.

    Huynh Ai My was the second girl to present flowers to President Obama at Tan Son Nhat airport. 

    Suboi, a popular Vietnamese rapper became famous after rapping for President Obama during his talks with young Vietnamese leaders of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative.

     Suboi was interviewed by CNN after her performance.

    In recent days, Ngo Khanh Linh has gained popularity as the compere of a dialogue with the billionaire chairman of Alibaba, Jack Ma.
