VietNamNet Bridge - To receive passenger’s complaints about problems and harassment they have while working with customs officers, the customs office of Tan Son Nhat international airport in HCM City has made public its hotline and email address.

In parallel with the launch of the hotline, the customs office of Tan Son Nhat International Airport also issued the regulations on receiving and processing information from the hotline.

The agency has received feedback from passengers on the spirit of promoting administrative reform, and improving the quality of public services at the airport.

The agency hopes that the hotline will be the bridge between the agency and passengers 24/7.

Previously, some passengers complained that several customs officers clamored for money from them.
