The Thang Long Warriors will be the newest addition to the Viet Nam Basketball Association (VBA) tournament this year.

The team will be the sixth member in the league, alongside Saigon Heat, HCM City Wings, Hanoi Buffaloes, Danang Dragons and the Cantho Catfish.

With addition of the Warriors, the VBA is expected to offer attractive matches.

Experienced professional coach Lee Tao Dana, who guided Dunkin’ Raptors club of Thailand, will train the team with the aim of earning the title.
