Hoang Thanh Trang has added another feather to her cap, emerging victorious at the Hungary women’s blitz chess tournament held recently in Budapest.

The tournament attracted the participation of 150 chess masters. Trang ranked tenth going into the tournament but won the championship at the women’s blitz chess category with nine points after 13 rounds.

With an Elo rating of 2,414, Trang has triumphed winning nine rounds and losing four rounds. As a result of her win, she has added eight points to her Elo rating.
