Luxury wedding of the son of the richest man in Quang Ninh

Recently, a hot topic among the public was the luxurious wedding of the son of a tycoon in Quang Ninh province – Mr. Do Thanh Trung, the president of a glass and coal company and one of the richest men in Quang Ninh.

The wedding was held at one of the most luxurious hotels in Quang Ninh, with 1,200 guests. The price for each serving at the wedding party was VND1.5 million ($70). The total cost of the wedding party was about VND2 billion ($100,000).

Many super-cars appeared at this wedding and several famous singers were invited to perform at the event.

The wedding of Hanoi tycoon’s son

The recent wedding of the son of a Hanoi tycoon named Thanh also attracted public attention for its luxury.

The wedding had the participation of about 1,000 guests, including many famous businessmen and singers in Vietnam.

The wedding was held at Thanh’s mansion in Hanoi, which is one of the most expensive villas in Vietnam.

The wedding of Australian-Vietnamese singer Thanh Bui

The wedding of singer Thanh Bui and Hue Van, a daughter of the Truong family, a rich Chinese-Vietnamese family in HCM City, was held at Times Square, the most sumptuous hotel in Saigon, owned by the family of the bride, in December 2013.

Appearing at the wedding, the bride wore a Vera Wang wedding dress worth $7,590.

The price for each table of the wedding banquet for six guests was up to more than VND35 million ($1,700), with delicacies processed from abalone, swallow’s nests, Australian beef, lobster...

The wedding of tycoon Do Van Binh’s son

In September 2013, Do Van Binh - Vice President of Song Da Industrial Zone Investment and Development Company (Sudico) – held an extravaganza wedding worth hundreds of thousands of US dollars for his son with supermodel Ngoc Thach.

The wedding impressed the audience with the splendid space as in a royal palace. Binh paid up to VND3 billion ($150,000) for decoration.

The bride was picked up by a Ferrari worth about VND12 billion ($600,000).

The wedding of the son of Vietnam’s richest woman in 2012

On December 19, 2012, businessman Nguyen Duc Hai, the son of Mrs. Truong Thanh Thanh, former Vice Chair of FPT Technology Promotion Development JSC, one of the richest women in Vietnam in 2012, married Miss Vietnam Global Jennifer Pham.

The wedding was held at a luxury wedding center in HCM City, decorated with thousands of fresh roses. The bride wore a Vera Wang wedding gown while the groom picked up the bride with a super-car priced thousands of hundreds of USD.

The wedding of tycoon Jonathan Hanh Nguyen’s son

The wedding of Louis Nguyen, the son of Jonathan Hanh Nguyen, chairman of the Inter-Pacific Group (IPP), with actress Tang Thanh Ha on November 11, 2012 made headlines in all local newspapers.

The wedding took place at Hanh Nguyen’s luxury villa in Thao Dien, District 2, HCM City.

The wedding party was discreet and only guests who brought invitation cards with them could get inside. The bride wore a wedding gown named "Catherine" from the Spring 2012 collection of Monique Lhuillier worth $10,000.

The wedding of Ha Tinh province’s female tycoon

On February 29, 2012, people in Huong Son town in Ha Tinh province, were abuzz with talk about the wedding of the son of a local businesswoman named Nguyen Thi Lieu.

The wedding was prepared for a year, with the participation of several thousand guests. Lieu ordered everything for the wedding from Hanoi.

According to preliminary statistics, this "super wedding" cost up to VND50 billion ($2.5 million). Particularly, the host paid more than VND3 billion ($150,000) for wine and $60,000 for famous singers.

Gold jewelry gift for the bride and groom totalled up to 60 taels (over $100,000).

Tens of super-cars appeared at the wedding.

The wedding of the son of Ca Mau’s seafood tycoon

In early 2012, the wedding of the son of Mrs. Pham Thi Dieu Hien, a well-known seafood exporter in Vietnam, with MC Quynh Chi also made headlines in local press for its extravagance.

The wedding heated up streets with the appearance of dozens of the most expensive cars in Vietnam.
