Miyoko Karami of Biwase Bình Dương placed second and Thi’s teammate Nguyễn Thị Thu Mai came third.
The last stage on Friday saw Kim Youri of South Korean Samyang crew finishing first. She overcame Uwano Minami of Japan in a tight finish, timing 2:44.41.
Malaysian Nur Azrenna Ahmad Jumry finished third.
Lee Joohee of Samyang won the green jersey for the best cyclist in terms of points.
Trần Thị Kim Diễm of VUS-HCM City was recognised as the best young rider with the white jersey.
Biwase Bình Dương’s Đinh Thị Như Quỳnh received the red polka dot jersey as Queen of Mountain.
In the team rankings, Biwase Bình Dương took the title. Hạt Gạo Ngọc Trời An Giang and the Netherlands were second and third, respectively. — VNS
