On the morning of August 30, a major rehearsal featured a vibrant presence from the cultural and sports bloc, including prominent artists like MONO, Hoang Thuy Linh, Trang Phap, Thanh Son, and Thu Quynh, who joined the banner-bearing group. Following closely behind model vehicles were artists such as Den Vau, Tang Duy Tan, and Quoc Thien.
This year’s celebration includes not only the military, police, youth, and civil blocs but also, for the first time, the Revolutionary Vietnamese Press bloc. Nearly 200 journalists, editors, and technicians from 10 major news agencies participated in the march.

Huu Tri, who recently won a B Prize at the 2025 National Press Awards for the program Net Zero, Dear Future, is among 50 outstanding young journalists nationwide.
“We're used to words and studios, but marching in this parade overwhelms us with pride that words can't express. It’s patriotism, solemnity, and national pride. At this moment, we truly understand what it means to have steel in the pen and fire in the heart,” Huu Tri told VietNamNet.

Huu Tri shared that the rehearsal on the morning of August 30 closely recreated the upcoming 80th National Day celebration. Thousands of synchronized steps, the national flag fluttering, the roar of cannons, heavy military vehicles, and international military delegations from Russia, Laos, and Cambodia formed a majestic and sacred scene.
