The judging panel selects 45 out of the 64 contestants to compete in the swimsuit and evening gown segment during the preliminary final. After that, the Top 38 finalists are announced, with each of them progressing through to the final round which is set to get underway in Quy Nhon City this August.

Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, who wins the award in the Miss Fashion sub-title, is the first contestant to make it through to the final round of Miss World Vietnam 2022.
Huynh Nguyen Mai Phuong, the winner of the Miss Talent sub-title, is an outstanding face among the 38 finalists.
Nguyen Thi Le Nam Em wins the Miss Communications sub-title and is subsequently called into Top 38 finalists.
The Miss Tourism sub-title goes to Nguyen Thi Phuong Linh.
Vu Nhu Quynh (L) is given the sub-title of being the most popular contestant.
The final round is scheduled to take place in Quy Nhon in Binh Dinh province from July 21 to August 13. The grand final will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television (VTV3) and some other local television channels.
