VietNamNet Bridge – The HCM City Department of Transport expects to start construction on 70 transport projects this year.

The Ministry of Transport (MOT) has said that the north-south highway requires lower costs compared with other projects, but the Ministry of Finance (MOF) says the required investment is high compared with the long-term public investment plan.

  The Ministry of Transport is calling on investors to raise capital for 18 expressway projects with the total value of VND205.56 trillion ($10 billion).
