A Vietnam Airlines employee meets and greets passengers at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi City. Vietnam Airlines has rolled out a Meet and Greet service

The service is applicable to customers leaving, arriving at and transiting the Hanoi-based Noi Bai, Danang and Tan Son Nhat airports.

Before boarding the plane, passengers that register for the service are greeted and supported by VIAGS employees at check-in counters and placed on the priority list for security procedures, after which they are taken directly to the gate of the airplane.

Further, when the plane lands, the employees of the Meet and Greet service welcome these passengers at the gate or at the entrance to the terminal, instruct them on completing immigration procedures, help them collect their checked baggage and take them to the terminal’s exit.

As for passengers transiting at Noi Bai, Danang and Tan Son Nhat airports, the employees greet them at the gate or at the entrance to the terminal, support them to conduct transit and security procedures and help them reach the entrance of the terminal for their next flight.

The service is expected to help passengers, especially the elderly, to complete procedures quickly and easily.

Passengers can register for the service and pay the fee at the carrier’s ticket offices. The Meet and Greet service is being supplied by the world’s major carriers, including Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Air France and Etihad, to bring added convenience to their passengers. SGT
