The news was released by Nguyen Ngoc Son, deputy chairman of the Cam Ranh City People’s Committee in the central province of Khanh Hoa.

The golf course is part of the KN Paradise Cam Ranh Project. The investor of the project is KN Cam Ranh Co Ltd.

Six out of the eight injured people suffered serious burns. They are undergoing treatment at the provincial hospital.

Colonel Nguyen Ba Doan, head of the Cam Ranh City Police, said the explosion could be related violations of safe working norms.
