VietNamNet Bridge – Local netizens were upset after seeing a clip of two foreign tourists, a man and a woman, swaying and then taking off their pants on Bui Vien Street, called the Street of Foreigners in Saigon.

The video clip of more than one minute long was posted on the Internet several days ago. In the clip, when a street artist was passionately performing a Michael Jackson dance, when a foreign man suddenly stood up, swayed and then took off his pants to show his buttocks

A foreign woman then joined him and did the same.

The incident was reported to happen on Bui Vien Street, District 1, HCM City on July 24 evening. Bui Vien is one of the most famous destinations for foreign travelers in Saigon.

Once the clip was posted, many people criticized the act of the two foreign tourists.
