The Vietnam U20 squad will fly to Germany to attend a long-term training camp to prepare for the FIFA U20 World Cup set to transpire in the Republic of Korea next year.

The U20 team’s opponents in the first round have yet to be determined.  FIFA will divide the 24 teams in the league into groups by drawing next March 25.

Meanwhile, the Vietnam national men’s football team have also begun preparing for the upcoming qualifying round of the AFC Asian Cup 2019 set to get underway March 28 of next year.
