Vietnam's U20 football team were thrashed by France U20 4-0 in the second match of Group E of the FIFA U20 World Cup in the Republic of Korea on May 25.
French striker Marcus Thuram opened the score for France in the 18th minute of the match.
The French team scored two more goals in the first half and one in the second half of the match.
In the match, Vietnamese defender Dinh Trong got a red card.
The Vietnamese team will face U20 Honduras on May 20.
The team has now one point after picking up a 0-0 draw with New Zealand on May 22.
