VietNamNet Bridge – HCM City is stashing away all electricity and telecommunication cables under the ground as it tries to make over an image that kilometers of chaotic cables have marred somewhat.

 VietNamNet Bridge – Hanoi has introduced its postal and telecommunication development planning to 2020, in which the city aims to bury 80-90 percent of the cables in the inlying area and 50-60 percent in the suburban area by 2020.
