The Vietnam national football team will compete in four international tournaments during the 2017 football season, the league announced on December 20 as part of the unveiling of the full conference schedule.
At a press conference, Duong Nghiep Khoi, deputy general secretary of Vietnam Football Federation told reporters the team would play five matches of the ASIAN Cup 2019 on March 28, June 13, September 5, October 10 and November 14.
They will also play in the final round of FIFA World Cup on May 20-June 11 in the Republic of Korea, the 2018 AFC U-23 Championship on July 15-23 and the 29th SEA Games in August in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
