The QT3/4 train set consists of six specialized carriages, including a command carriage, a VIP seating carriage, a luxury sleeper carriage, a rotating-seat carriage, a passenger service carriage and a dining carriage.

According to VNR representatives, the train is more than a transportation vehicle. It is designed as a mobile space for working, connecting and managing operations throughout the journey.

A standout feature is the command carriage, which has been designed as a mobile forward command center equipped with advanced online connectivity systems. The facility enables meetings, operational management and decision-making anytime and anywhere while on the move.

The train integrates digital technologies, 5G connectivity and AI-powered passenger services.

In emergency situations such as natural disasters, floods, storms or security incidents, the carriage can function as an on-site operations center, helping shorten response times and improve flexibility in command and coordination activities.

The railway sector is also piloting the AI-powered KettyBot Pro robot in the VIP carriage. The robot is capable of guiding passengers, delivering meals directly to tables and supporting onboard services.

According to Dao Anh Tuan, General Director of Railway Transport Joint Stock Company, the deployment of new technologies demonstrates the railway industry's commitment to digital transformation and its goal of building a more modern, professional and passenger-friendly image.

Following the launch ceremony, the new train set will be put into commercial operation across railway routes nationwide.
