On July 22, the players took part in the official media day organized by the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) ahead of the tournament.

Stars including Nguyen Quang Hai, Nguyen Hoang Duc, Doan Van Hau and Do Hoang Hen posed confidently for promotional photographs and broadcast content as excitement continued to build before the opening matches.

Later that afternoon, Vietnam completed its second training session in Chonburi, Thailand.

The workout took place at the Legends Football Academy, located about a 15-minute bus ride from the team's hotel.

Training conditions were favorable despite the summer heat, with Chonburi's coastal location providing more comfortable temperatures than Hanoi and allowing the players to maintain a high training intensity.

During the previous session, head coach Kim Sang Sik focused primarily on refining tactical organization.

He repeatedly paused training to make detailed adjustments and ensure every player fully understood the team's tactical approach.

Kim's squad has shown strong concentration throughout preparations as Vietnam readies for its opening Group A match against Timor-Leste, scheduled for 8:30 p.m. (local time) on July 24 in Chonburi.
