One of them, Bui Thi Minh Hoai, was already a member of the 13th Politburo and currently serves as Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Other prominent figures include Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Vietnam’s first female Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra, and National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh.

Two of the new female Central Committee members are cabinet-level leaders: Dao Hong Lan, Minister of Health, and Nguyen Thi Hong, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.

There are also two senior provincial leaders: Cao Thi Hoa An, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; and Ton Ngoc Hanh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council.
A notable feature among these women is their high level of education. Many hold doctoral, master's, or professorial titles.

Several were born in 1971, including Dao Hong Lan, Nguyen Thi Tuyen, Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, and Ho Thi Hoang Yen. Three others - Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, and Nguyen Thanh Hai - were born in 1970. Meanwhile, Pham Thi Thanh Tra, Le Thi Thuy, and Le Thi Nga were born in 1964.

The youngest among them is Ton Ngoc Hanh, born in 1980 - the only member from the 1980s generation.
