Japanese designer Junko Koshino has introduced a fashion collection entitled “Spectrum” at a show to celebrate 45 years of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Japan.

 The Vietnam National Villages for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in Hanoi will host a series of cultural events, themed Colours of Flowers, next month to recreate the New Year atmosphere of ethnic minority villages in northern Vietnam.
