For some of the most breathtaking and majestic landscapes in the world, there's no better place to visit than Ninh Binh. 

 National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines said on May 8 it will increase service between Hanoi and Dong Hoi in central Quang Binh province up to seven flights per week to meet travel demand during this summer.

 Quang Binh in central Vietnam is well-known for natural landscapes, spiritual tourism destinations and historical relic sites.

 The Lao Cai Cultural Tourism Week will take place from June 1 to 9, promising to feature various activities. 

The Mekong river delta city of Can Tho is well-known for Cai Rang district’s Nem nuong. The dish is a real Vietnamese grilled pork sausage or grilled meatball served with rice noodles or rice as a main course.

Visitors going to Lai Chau to admire the beauty of the Nam Mu river flowing through the pristine mountainous area are also attracted by the stunning sights and cascading sounds of 35 huge water wheels on the river bank.

 Nearly every Hanoian knows about the chao trai, or mother-of-pearl rice porridge, shop on the capital’s Tran Xuan Soan Street. The porridge has been delighting locals with its rich and aromatic flavour for decades.

The complex of Dien Bien Phu battlefield in the northeastern province of Dien Bien features 45 relic sites, including eight putting into operation to serve tourists.

 Viet Nam will extend visa exemptions for citizens from the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy for the next three years, starting from the beginning of July.

 Vietnam will renew visa exemptions for a three-year period for the citizens of five Western European countries, including the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.

 The Vietnam Airlines Corporation said that it officially moved its all operations to the new terminal T1 of Phu Cat Airport, in Quy Nhon city, the south central province of Binh Dinh, from May 3.

 Vietnam welcomed more than 5.54 million foreign visitors in the first four months of 2018, a year-on-year rise of 29.5 percent, according to the General Statistics Office.
