In the heart of Vietnam's bustling creative scene, Sconnect Vietnam stands out as a beacon of innovation in the animation industry.

Founded in Ho Chi Minh City ten years ago with just eight members, the company has grown into a formidable player in the international content market, particularly on platforms like YouTube.

From its inception, Sconnect embraced the challenge of producing clean, quality content for highly regulated markets such as the United States and Europe, rather than focusing solely on the domestic scene.

"By adhering to the stringent content standards required by these markets, we mitigate the risks significantly," explains Mr. Ta Manh Hoang, founder and CEO of Sconnect.

Over the years, Sconnect has expanded its operations from mere content editing to producing sophisticated animation for children, starting with 2D animations and stop-motion techniques.

The firm's commitment to quality and its continuous exploration of new content forms led to the successful launch of the animated series Wolfoo in 2018, which became a cornerstone of Sconnect's sustainable growth strategy.

As the company grew, so did its ambitions. Sconnect swiftly moved to expand its intellectual property portfolio, aiming to develop ten new IPs by 2024.

The company's commitment to diversity is evident in its extensive language offerings, making its content accessible to a global audience and achieving staggering viewership figures, including billions of views per month on YouTube.

One of the biggest challenges in scaling up was the shortage of high-quality animators. In response, Sconnect established the Sconnect Academy in 2021, now SAMA, focusing on cultivating new talent in animation production.

Within three years, SAMA has trained over 3,000 individuals, all of whom found immediate employment, demonstrating the effectiveness of its cutting-edge curriculum.

Sconnect's innovative approach extends beyond animation to educational gaming, with over 140 games developed for children under eight, reinforcing educational values through interactive play.

These games have not only captured the hearts of children worldwide but have also received endorsements from educational experts, including 54 Teacher Approve badges from Google.

With nearly a thousand employees and offices across Vietnam, the United States, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, and Hungary, Sconnect's journey from a modest startup to a global powerhouse in animation reflects its visionary leadership and commitment to excellence.

As the company continues to expand its creative and educational offerings, it remains focused on positioning Vietnam's animation industry on the global stage, transforming it into a key pillar of the digital economy.
