Another Vietnamese stir-fried dish honored on the list is chayote with garlic. Originating from Sa Pa, this dish is praised for its refreshing and crunchy texture, combining chayote with garlic, fish sauce, and oil.

Other Vietnamese entries on the list include the popular stir-fried pho (ranked 27th), crab glass noodles (ranked 65th), and stir-fried sweet snail (ranked 71st). These dishes are already well-known among both local and international food enthusiasts, offering a familiar taste of Vietnam’s rich culinary heritage.

The top 10 of the list features other renowned Asian dishes such as Dak Galbi (stir-fried chicken and cabbage) from Korea, Phat Kaphrao from Thailand, Nasi Goreng Ayam from Indonesia, Pad Thai, stir-fried beef from China, stir-fried shrimp from China, and Kung Pao chicken from China.
